學校簡介

中國地質大學（武漢）位于位于武漢東湖國家自主創新示范區和光谷科創大走廊腹地，現有南望山校區、未來城校區兩個校區，是教育部直屬全國重點大學，是國家批準設立研究生院的大學，是國家“211工程”、國家“雙一流”建設高校。學校圍繞學科前沿和經濟社會發展的需求，構建以地球科學為主導，多學科相互支撐、協調發展的學科生態系統。現有2個國家一級重點學科，16個湖北省重點學科，“地質學”、“地質資源與地質工程”兩個一級學科在全國歷次學科評估中均排名第一；有23個學院、69個本科專業；有16個一級學科博士點，34個一級學科碩士點，15個博士后科研流動站；有工程碩士、MBA、MPA等10個專業學位授予權，其中工程碩士專業包涵14個工程領域。

新能源學院簡介

新能源學院是中國地質大學（武漢）擬新建的校內二級教學科研單位，學院面向國家對新型能源體系建設的重大戰略需求和新能源領域復合型科技人才培養需求，以新能源領域的“基礎研究、應用研究、產業化研究”科技創新為牽引，以“本、碩、博”跨學科國際化人才培養為紐帶，創新管理體制與運行機制，與國內外優勢科研單位和領軍企業聯合共建新能源領域多元化合作平臺，探索人才鏈、創新鏈、學科鏈、產業鏈“四鏈融合”的高校新能源工科建設新模式，目標是成為相關領域國際交流合作的重要樞紐和創新成果產業化推廣應用的重要引擎。

根據工作需要，現面向海內外公開招聘新能源學院院長（副院長）。具體事宜公告如下：

一、應聘條件

（一）新能源學院院長

1.學科專業要求：新能源科學與工程、地質資源與地質工程、石油與天然氣工程、環境科學與工程、材料科學與工程、動力工程及工程熱物理、地質學、地球物理學、水文地質學等相關學科專業。

2.資歷要求：國內應聘者應為知名大學或科研機構教授；海外應聘者應為知名大學或科研機構的優秀學者。在所在研究領域承擔過重大科技創新項目、獲得國內外重要科技獎勵的人選優先。

3.具有國際化學術視野，了解國內外高等教育狀況，具有高等教育管理經歷和經驗，有較強的組織協調能力。有海外知名大學、科研機構及大型能源企業任職經歷的人選優先。

4.為人正派，學風嚴謹，作風民主，品德良好；具有較強表達溝通能力、敬業精神和團隊意識，勇于開拓創新。

5.聘任后應全職來校工作，人事檔案須調入我校。

6.身體健康，年齡一般不超過50周歲，學術成果和學術影響力突出者可適當放寬年齡限制。

（二）新能源學院副院長

China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) Open Recruitment of New Energy School Dean (Vice Dean) Announcement

University Overview

China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) is located in Wuhan East Lake National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone and Optical Valley Science and Technology Innovation Corridor hinterland, with two campuses, Nanwangshan campus and Future City campus. It is a national key university directly under the Ministry of Education, a university approved by the state to establish a graduate school, and a national "211 Project" and "double first-class" construction university. The university focuses on the frontier of disciplines and the needs of economic and social development, and builds a disciplinary ecosystem with earth science as the leading, multi-disciplinary support and coordinated development. At present, there are 2 national first-level key disciplines and 16 key disciplines of Hubei Province, and the two first-level disciplines of Geology and Geological resources and Geological Engineering rank first in the national discipline evaluation. There are 23 colleges and 69 undergraduate programs. There are 16 doctoral programs in first-level disciplines, 34 master programs in first-level disciplines, and 15 postdoctoral research centers. It has the right to grant 10 professional degrees such as Master of Engineering, MBA and MPA, among which Master of Engineering covers 14 engineering fields.

New Energy School introduction

The New Energy School is a new secondary teaching and research unit to be built by China University of Geosciences (Wuhan). The school is oriented towards the country's major strategic needs for the construction of a new energy system and the cultivation of compound scientific and technological talents in the field of new energy, and is driven by the scientific and technological innovation of "basic research, applied research and industrial research" in the field of new energy. With "undergraduate, master, and doctoral" interdisciplinary international talent training as a link, we will innovate the management system and operation mechanism, jointly build a diversified cooperation platform in the field of new energy with domestic and foreign advantageous scientific research institutions and leading enterprises, and explore a new mode of new energy engineering construction in colleges and universities with the "four-chain integration" of talent chain, innovation chain, discipline chain and industrial chain. 1. Discipline requirements: new energy science and engineering, geological resources and Geological engineering, oil and gas engineering, environmental science and engineering, materials science and Engineering, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, geology, geophysics, hydrogeology, and other related disciplines.

2. Qualifications: Domestic applicants should be professors from well-known universities or scientific research institutions; Overseas applicants should be outstanding scholars from well-known universities or research institutions. Candidates who have undertaken major scientific and technological innovation projects in their research fields and won important scientific and technological awards at home and abroad are preferred.

3. Have international academic vision, understand the status of higher education at home and abroad, have higher education management experience and experience, and have strong organization and coordination ability. Candidates with working experience in well-known overseas universities, research institutions, and large energy companies are preferred.
