學(xué)院介紹：

南京大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院是電子信息領(lǐng)域人才培養(yǎng)和科學(xué)研究的重要基地之一，在歷次學(xué)科評估中均名列前茅。學(xué)院師資力量雄厚，科研成果豐碩，擁有專任教師107人，包括中科院院士等國家級人才30余位。學(xué)院擁有教育部長創(chuàng)新團隊、科技部重點領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新團隊和3個國家自然科學(xué)基金委創(chuàng)新群體，形成了一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、多元化、具有較強創(chuàng)新能力的教學(xué)科研人才隊伍。學(xué)院堅持以科學(xué)技術(shù)前沿和國家重大需求為導(dǎo)向，承擔(dān)了大量的國家重點研發(fā)計劃、國家自然科學(xué)重點基金等重大科技計劃項目，以及省部、地方和大型高科技企業(yè)合作的研發(fā)項目，產(chǎn)生了較大社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益，獲得國家級、省部級科研成果獎10余項，其中國家自然科學(xué)二等獎2項，技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎1項。

 

一、招聘崗位設(shè)置

南京大學(xué)電子科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事電子信息領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作。本次擬招聘準聘助理教授、準聘副教授崗位，崗位總數(shù)不超過4個，研究方向包括：

（1）低維光電材料與器件

（2）低維磁性動力學(xué)與超快自旋光電子能譜

（3）寬禁帶半導(dǎo)體器件

（4）類腦智能視頻通信

（5）突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ簯?yīng)有相關(guān)研究方向的成果顯示度，對相關(guān)研究領(lǐng)域有原創(chuàng)性觀點，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力。

The School of Electronic Science and Engineering is one of the important schools in Nanjing University for personnel training and scientific research in the field of electronics and information technology. It ranks A-class in electronic science and technology in China Discipline Evaluation due to its strong human resources and fruitful scientific achievements. Our institute has 107 full-time teaching staffs, including 2 Academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and more than 30 nation-level professors. The college has Innovation teams of Changjiang Scholars of the Ministry of Education and the National Natural Science Foundation of China, forming a diversified teaching and research team with reasonable structure and strong innovation ability. The school is guided by the forefront of science and technology and major national needs and undertakes a large number of national key research projects as well as other research projects in cooperation with provinces, local governments and high-tech enterprises. These research projects and findings have produced great social and economic benefits and won more than 10 national and provincial awards for its scientific research achievements, including 2 Second Class National Natural Science Award and 1 Second Class Prize of Technological Invention.

 

1.  Job descriptions

The School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Nanjing University, plans to recruit four tenure-track professors from all over the world in the following fields：

(1)   Low-dimensional optoelectronic material and device

(2)   Low-dimensional magnetic dynamics and ultrafast spin-resolved photoemission spectroscopy

(3)   wide-bandgap semiconductor based optical sensor device and power device

(4)   Brain-inspired Intelligent Video Communication

 

2. Requirements

(1) Obey laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, and have great interests in teaching and research

(2) Good teaching and academic ethics, working diligently, no criminal records, no punishment records of teaching and academic ethics

(3) Top-level academic background: have a doctoral degree in related disciplines, have study and work experience in the top-level teaching and research institution, and well understand the state of art in related fields

(4) Excellent teaching ability: be able to teach core and cutting-edge courses in related fields, have effective teaching methods, and good language expression skills

(5) Outstanding research achievements and potential: have good research achievements and original views on relevant research fields, have clear organizations of future research plan, and good academic potential
